Hi all,

I just wanted to know why the HelpCenter is so permanently full of requests.

Does it work fine or does it cost a lot of time for the crew to make new categories?

I'm not telling that the crew is not doing its job and I can imagine how hard it is to maintain updated such a big database, but I was just wondering...

;)

We are running a bit behind on open tickets, i know. The helpcenter plugin isn't very flexible and lacks some key features but it will have to do.
