Please can you add England/Scotland/Wales/N.Ireland instead of just "United Kingdom"

Defence: The member countries of the Netherlands are included ;)

Sorry K404, we use the official ISO 3316 (http://www.internetworldstats.com/list2.htm#af) country list code. If I start making exceptions it's going to be a mess in the end.

What do you mean with member countries of the Netherlands?
