Cinebench 2024 doesn't seem to scale well across a ton of cores. Limiting to 64-threads yields very similar scores to using all 192-threads with SMT off. The score is much lower with SMT on with 384-threads. Relatively comparing this machine's score/ranking on Cinebench R23 (147230pts, #1) vs 2024 shows that something is definitely not scaling right.
