Stock Voltage , Strange Card stock voltage no problem but if i add voltage Via Software (which works fine) Card Freezes @ 3D . @ stock clock 1.4v no problem but @ 960 gpu even 1.32v fails. Need to find an Solution , i know card can handle 1000 @ gpu but not on XP but in win7. Really strange :(

Make an OCP Mod;) Sounds like overcurrent protection^^

Mhm that would be the First 3870x2 i had which needs one. My old card did , 1000 @ air with 1.39v an had zero problems with voltage , also my 2nd card had also no such behavior. But that is the best of 4 cards. Damn...

Thx Blackbolt
I tested the card also on win7 , 3dm03 nature 988& 1000 @ gpu no problem @ 1.35/1.36v and no such behavior like @ XP. Tryed also different tools , nothing helps. Tryed also the PLX Vmod but damn found nothing , by testing i only find an reverse mod .

I had the same behaviour with my card, it can do higher clocks in 01,03 and 05 but not in 06 in xp.
Seems like it doesn't want to apply the voltage in 06.
