"an error occurred while trying to upload the profile"
message when hitting COMPARE ONLINE button...
please include information of steps to take when this occurs
The profile should have been uploaded anyway, right? I am also getting this most of the times with the latest version of XTU and the upload works in the end.

Save and then export profile after a benchmark run and then do the upload manually with the exported file. Works more reliable than the compare online button
Re San_Lex:
I have the same problem. One solution was: After benchmarking I saved the profile on the right side. On the left side you can choose profiles on the "Profiles" section. Choose the one you've just saved and click "Upload". Now you can analyze and everything...
Alternatively, you can export the profile file on you PC and upload it via your HWBOT account (https://hwbot.org/submit/benchmark/xtu/)

It says "No verification screenshot is required", but there is an example screenshot saying otherwise? What's the deal with that.
Christian Ney says:
The example screenshot is here because sometimes it is required for competitions.
