Very unexpected batch. When people binned these chips in mass back in the day, three letter batches were considered the worst.

My other 3800+ is LEBDE 0632DAD, but if I'm not mistaken it was worse, however my excel table does not say anything about those 2, so I need to recheck

So I did test it on air and it seems I took the "supposed-to-be-bad" cpu (other one was doing 3.1+ on same volts).
This one can load windows on air with 1.55V set in bios at only 2860MHz, lol.
